Refund Policy

At Construdecoration, all products are custom-made to order. Due to the nature of our made-to-order manufacturing process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Production Time Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations will not be accepted.

Custom Sizing We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Please double-check all measurements before placing your order.
