Shipping Policy
Production & Delivery Time Delivery times vary by product and are specified on each individual product page. Products fall into two categories:
- Made-to-Order: Custom-crafted after your purchase. Please allow the production time indicated on the product page before your order ships.
- Ready to Ship: Pre-made items that ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Shipping Time Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States.
Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier depending on the size and weight of your order. Large items such as columns and range hoods may ship via LTL freight.
Freight Deliveries For LTL freight shipments, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. Please inspect your order upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
